All computers in your network have the same external IP address-that's different.

Each computer can usually print 2 of the same coupon (Bricks, Coupons.com, SmartSource, Redplum, etc.)That's not the same as making copies and once the limit is reached, it will tell you.

Each individual computers IP addy is encrypted into the coupon, as well as the main external IP so it is traceable directly back to your address. This means if you are making copies, you can easily get caught.
WendyAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08656426197953694143noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3965670208763215394.post-8304900609261314122011-01-20T22:25:06.719-05:002011-01-20T22:25:06.719-05:00thanks for the knowldge i had been asked was mine ...thanks for the knowldge i had been asked was mine photocoppied but my family adn i use a laser printer black and white since its best for coupons. but alot of stores dont like them bc there are no color. When the coupon got scanned in it is encoded into the transaction which also lists the item it was applied to. So if you got your extra discount and the store doesn't get reimbursed for it, we all pay for it. It is reflected in the manufacturer & store prices. It's the same as items that are stolen from stores. It's called shrinkage and stores have to up their prices to make up for the guaranteed "shrinkage" - loss of profit and cost of items due to theft & coupon fraud.
WendyAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08656426197953694143noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3965670208763215394.post-82305262075781511572011-01-20T20:00:32.499-05:002011-01-20T20:00:32.499-05:00I have a question; if someone used a Tide 50 oz co...I have a question; if someone used a Tide 50 oz coupon on a 30 oz size, why would the store not get reimbursed? How would the manufacturer know? Do they get copies of every reciept and match up the coupons with the items?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3965670208763215394.post-11883362497701288082010-07-06T00:27:38.570-04:002010-07-06T00:27:38.570-04:00Thank you for posting such an informative letter. ...Thank you for posting such an informative letter. I knew there was something going on because when I tried to use a "Free 12-pack Coca-Cola product" coupon that I received from gaining points on MyCokeRewards.com, I had to wait for a manager to come around and look at the coupon and take it to the back and come back to say that I could use it.
It is so unfortunate that people always have to ruin things. I wish people could just be moral!
Thanks so much for posting a place where we can find a list of fraudulent coupons because I would HATE to use one of these on accident.

Thanks!
Frugal Science Gal
http://frugalsciencegal.blogspot.com/Frugal Science Galhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06786776195491896229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3965670208763215394.post-39323351917238779982010-07-05T23:33:58.550-04:002010-07-05T23:33:58.550-04:00Wow!
